Caoimhe Dunne

Caoimhe is a undergraduate student in Zoology. She is surveying and analyzing black flies in Algonquin Park in comparison to past studies for her thesis.

Christian Alvarez

Christian is a graduate student with a deep passion for genetics, wildlife, and the natural world. In the Pepinelli Lab, he works as a beekeeper, and uses environmental DNA to monitor the health of honey bee colonies and their surrounding ecosystems. His research reflects a lifelong curiosity about nature and a drive to make science meaningful and accessible.

Natasha Robson

Nicole Luciani 

Nicole is an undergrad Biomedical Biology student, working through an Undergraduate Student Research Award. She is working with black flies to support her thesis on black flies feeding patterns.

Sarah Barnard

Sarah is an undergrad Forensic Science student, working through the McLaughlin Excellence Scholarship. She’s assisting the Pepinelli Lab as webmaster, and beekeeper.

Willow Cooper 

Willow is a recent graduate with an Honours Specialization in Zoology, she is working in the Pepinelli Lab to complete her graduate studies.
